Description
Sweet, nutty, biscuit-like taste with toffee aroma. We produce this malt at our Pauls Malt Ltd. plant in Knapton, North Yorkshire, UK. Cara malt is produced in much the same way as Crystal but the final roast stage is extended and carried out at lower temperatures to meet the requirements for lower colour, higher extract and higher moisture.
