Prairie CARAMEL 40 is slightly darker and sweeter than its sister malt, Caramel 30, but has similar features. Expect to see a spectrum of beautiful amber hues with mild caramel sweetness in your beer. You can use Caramel 40 to add color and sweetness to your beer across a wide variety of styles.
